Procedures and Guidelines

1. All software will be licensed.
2. All IT systems will be Windows or Mac based.
3. Salinas does not expect to develop new technologies. Rather the Company seeks to apply proven, “off the shelf” technologies more efficiently than does the industry in general.

All electronic correspondence can be considered a written record and Salinas personnel will only transmit correspondence that is consistent with the Company’s Business Ethics and Code of Conduct. Breaches of this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment.
